"We are proud that the Ulyanovsk Region hosted and set up the Russia’s first production of unique innovative products – blades for wind turbines. It was important for us to build a production facility here in Ulyanovsk that would be competitive not only in Russia, but also abroad. And such an energy source as wind is competitive in itself. It is also important for us to contribute not only to the creation of production, but also to "nurture" new personnel in the Ulyanovsk Region so that new knowledge and new competencies appear here."
